What is All-on-4?
All-on-4 is an innovative dental implant system which allows patients to benefit from a new smile on the same day as they are given implants. The system includes four dental implants that are used to support an arch of new teeth. Normally, at least six implants would be required to do this, but All-on-4 employs advanced techniques to provide faster treatment time. The system is sometimes known as ‘Same Day Teeth’, ‘Teeth in a Day’ or ‘Same Day Smiles’.
This implant system was developed to provide people with an effective and long-lasting solution to missing teeth. The system also addresses many of the problems commonly experienced by patients who wear dentures.
How does All-on-4 work?
The All-on-4 implant system works by making the most of the strong, dense bone tissue at the front of the jaw. Two implants are placed at the front of the jaw and two implants are placed at the back of the jaw, the implants being positioned at specific angles to allow maximum support for the new teeth. The back implants are placed at forty-five degree angles and the front implants are placed at ninety degree angles.
Who can benefit from All-on-4?

- If you have suffered bone loss in your jaw and have consequently been advised against traditional implants
